Car Donation Orange County

IJR donated his last car to the Kidney Foundation. It’s good you want to help others with your old car. Talk to Your pastor. He should be able to help. Maybe sell the car yourself and donate the proceeds?

Not sure about dallas, all i know is you better make sure you get the footprints off the roof interior before you take it in. sheesh, that is embarrassing

sell it sell it sell it sell it sell it! don’t give it away…make a profit! if u don’t sell it the church will and use it to buy more bibles!

I’m in dallas and if you want to give your car away do it but if you need it and don’t have any money don’t. All you will get from giving it away is a thank you. Give whatever you can.

Talk to a pastor about this but be aware that organisations usually have cars already and they actually cost money to register, fill with fuel and maintain. Don’t be offended if they want to sell it for money which they could invest.
If I were you (which I’m not) I would give the car to a needy family at church or in my family or community, say a family that has no car but really needs one. My brother gave his car away like that.

I donated a car. It ran and was a decent little car but I did not feel like going through the hassle of selling it. I looked into some of the church based things and such and figured out that after all is said and done the organization actually recieves little money.

I gave it to the purple heart people who help wounded soldiers. They actually get the money and don’t use it to pay huge salaries to their staff. I have never been wounded but am a combat veteran so it felt right.
