part 2I like Seven Enterprises for parts, they have better in-stock than Mini Mania (usually). Vans were not Estates or Countryman – those had rear seats or footwells behind the front seat where you could add seats, and their spare is inset in the back floor.The van has only two seats, is very difficult to turn into a four-seater, and like the truck the spare is behind the LH seat under the van deck.

Yes, the later Aussie ones were all badged as Leyland – even the Marina was badged as Leyland instead of Morris…In New Zealand, the Austin and Morris badges were kept on the Minis until the end of local production in the early 80s!

I’m just telling you what the Queensland Mini club told me. Plus the paint decals on the engine compartment say it’s from Australia, as do a number of other things.
