I gave the tow truck driver money to take the car off my hands since it was totaled. Do i need him to take over the title? or do i just send something into the state that says i don’t own it anymore?
My car is totaled; who do i transfer the title to if i’m sending it to the junk yard?

if it was sent to a salvage yard they should also get the title however after so long they can apply for a salvage title anyway. Most salvage yards pay YOU for junk cars not you pay them to take it. (not sure where your from though)
